A Quick Statement to the City of Philadelphia on the Importance of Composting (article repost)
(reposted from my other website, tylertalkstrash.com) Recently I was asked to provide a statement to the City of Philadelphia on why composting needs to be made more widely available for its residents. While there will be some difficult logistical challenges to evaluate, there is absolutely no reason why this can't make positive progress.
