Everything from a nerdy decomposition science lesson made simple (my favorite chapter) to the lists of what you can compost, and over 10 different methods of composting tailored to your varying needs are present here. Whenever I have a weird compost issue, I always consult this book for its substantial troubleshooting section…especially the N-P-K symptoms table (on page 116). That being said, this book definitely has a gardener feel to it and I catch myself skimming at certain points because well, I’m not a gardener! Maybe one day…
