I tend to agree here- personally I don’t like to turn my compost because I’m not in a rush to have finished compost.
There’s not one answer for getting the best results… it’s more about the materials you’re working with.
That being said, he mentions wood a bunch… I would suggest avoiding wood chips.
If you want high carbon materials that break down well, go with sawdust and leaves.
